Jouw rol
Als Logistiek Medewerker ondersteun je afdeling logistiek en operationeel support. Op afdeling logistiek draag je zorg voor het picken, verzend gereed maken en verzenden van orders naar onze klanten. Je meldt deze pakketten aan bij vervoerders en zorgt voor de bijbehorende documentatie. Je beantwoord vragen van Duitse collega`s en tevens draag je zorg voor het handmatig verpakken van Intraoculaire lenzen. Op afdeling operationeel support draag je zorg voor het reinigen en assembleren van lens verpakkingsmaterialen, zodat deze verder verwerkt kunnen worden in de cleanroom.

Your role

Your role

Deine Aufgaben:
- Kreative Gestaltung und Umsetzung von Designs für digitale und gedruckte Medien im B2B Bereich
- Erstellung von Infografiken, Diagrammen und Visualisierungen, um komplexe Sachverhalte ansprechend aufzuarbeiten
- Erstellung von visuellen Assets, wie Animationen oder Grafiken, die in Videos oder anderen digitalen Formaten genutzt werden für Social Media
- Weiterentwicklung unseres Corporate Designs
- Unterstützung bei Berichten, Whitepapers und Präsentationen durch Gestaltung der begleitenden Grafiken und Bildern
Dein Profil:
- Fachhochschulabschluss oder abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Grafikdesign/Mediengestaltung
- Du stehst am Anfang deiner Karriere und bist interessiert dich weiterzuentwickeln
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign,Canva,etc.)
- Gespür für Design-Trends und Technologien
- Strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Organisationstalent, auch bei mehreren parallelen Projekten
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Die Ausbildung umfasst die ganzheitlichen Aufgaben im Büromanagement. Du wickelst vollständige Prozesse ab und durchläufst dabei sämtliche Abteilungen im Unternehmen (z.B. Auftragsbearbeitung, Office-Management, Finanzbuchhaltung, Produktmanagement und Eventorganisation)
Deine Aufgaben
- Du organisierst und koordinierst bürowirtschaftliche sowie projekt- und auftragsbezogene Abläufe
- Du wirst in unser Tagesgeschäft eingebunden und bearbeitest Kundenaufträge sowie Beschaffungsvorgänge
- Du erstellst Dokumente, Berichte und Präsentationen

Your role
As part of our Clinical Affairs team, you will have the exciting opportunity to plan, monitor, and execute the clinical evidence process. You will get to develop clinical strategies, conduct clinical evaluations including literature searches, and contribute to post-market surveillance. You will also get to conduct and supervise clinical trials and monitor our compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines. You will work closely with the Quality Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, R&D and Marketing departments. You will be proactive, thinking along with the organization and proposing improvements to Clinical Affairs.
Your profile
You are well-versed in the regulations and requirements for conducting clinical research involving human subjects. You have a keen eye for detail, an affinity for clinical data analysis and scientific writing. Your analytical skills and strategic thinking guarantee adherence to the clinical evidence process. Do you also have at least five years of experience in the field of ophthalmology and/or with implantable medical devices, an HBO working and thinking level, and fluency in English, both spoken and written? If so, you are the perfect addition to our team! If you have other qualities that may be applicable, we would love to discuss them with you.
